Our candles are made from 100% soy wax and infused with thoughtfully curated fragrances. Our candles are Paraben and Phthalate free and contain a bleach free cotton wick.

First Burn Matters Allow your candle to burn until the entire surface melts (usually 2-3 hours). This prevents tunneling and ensures an even burn. Wick Trimming Before each use, trim the wick to about 1/4 inch to prevent excessive smoke, soot, and an uneven burn. If you notice flickering or a high flame, extinguish the candle, trim the wick, and relight it. Burning Safely Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials. Burn on a heat-resistant surface, away from drafts or vents to avoid uneven burning. Burn Time & Extinguishing Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time to prevent overheating. Extinguish with a candle snuffer or by dipping the wick into melted wax and straightening it back up. Avoid blowing out the candle, as this can cause splattering hot wax. Storage & Maintenance Store your candle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain fragrance and color. If the candle develops a white, frosty appearance (common with natural waxes), this is purely cosmetic and does not affect performance. Repurposing Your Jar Once your candle has about 1/2 inch of wax left, discontinue use to prevent overheating the jar. To clean out leftover wax, place the jar in the freezer for a few hours—wax should pop out easily. Wash with warm, soapy water and reuse the jar for storage, decor, or planting!

Our current processing time is 7-10 business days. Often times your order will go out before this! But every now and again we do need a little extra time to prepare your order. Shipping length depends on your location and the method of shipment you select when you pay. It sure is! If you're local to Kelowna, British Columbia you can select the local pick up option at check out to have your shipping charges deducted. You'll see a local pick up option in the shipping section at check out and once your order is ready for you to pick up, you'll receive and email with pick up instructions.
